About Me

I'm a writer, photographer and an incredibly deep thinker who finds her creative outlet in all three of these things. I'm a lover of the planet, in constant adoration of all animals and a self-realised and self-taught sensitive, but connected, spiritual human.

As a psychology student turned advertising executive, I have played in the corporate world and lived in the big city lights for many years. I have owned and run my own business (while working for one of the biggest agencies in the country) which led me to answer the call for adventure, and wide open spaces, where I now live and work in and amongst wild animals and incredible people in the heart of the African bush. My best friend and partner in life, Rob, is on this crazy adventure with me.

My ramblings are the product of my inherent need to continue a creative practice of writing so that the ideas I dream up, and the philosophies that spin around in my head have somewhere to live and breathe. I am a massive advocate for the powers of mediation, as I believe that the practice of mindfulness and breathwork genuinely saved my life, and has opened my world to incredible possibilities.
